Parkway Parade provides 1184 car lots over 6 levels to make your shopping trip as easy as possible.
Entry to the carpark is from two locations: Carpark A entrance is from Marine Parade Central and Carpark B is off Marine Parade Road. Each level is colour coded to help you find your car.
Parking goes by Electronic Parking System (EPS). Designated disabled parking lots are available on P4, P5, P6 and P7 next to the lifts.
Parkway Parade has 3 green lots at P2.

P5: 3 Handicap, 4 Family Lots
P6: 3 Handicap, 4 Family Lots
P7: 2 Handicap, 4 Family Lots
CS Fresh & FairPrice Xtra shoppers are advised to park on the flat levels at P4, P5, P6 & P7 for easy access with shopping trolleys.
For quick access to the Office Tower, park on the flat level at P6.

Notice: Please park at designated lots only, vehicle(s) will be wheel clamped at no parking zones. A charge of S$109.00 will be imposed for removal of wheel clamp. Vehicle parked within the premises are at owner's risks. The Management accept no responsibility for any misdemeanours theft or damages to the vehicles or to any content therein.

First 15 mins: Grace period
*If motorists exit the carpark beyond the grace period, parking fees will be charged for the full duration (including the first 15 mins).
2am to 5.59pm: $1.75 first hour / $0.44 for subsequent 15 mins (or part thereof)
6pm to 1.59am: $3.49/entry
EV Charging Lots
8 EV charging lots are available at P5 and P6 carparks - 4 lots per level.

Loading Bay Parking Rates (Inclusive of GST)
Loading Bay parking is open 24 hours with payment by Cash Card only.
First 15 mins: Grace period

Every subsequent half hour or part: $2.04
