Parkway Parade has a number of services to assist you whilst shopping at our centre. Parkway Parade’s Customer Service Centre is located on level one near the UOB/DBS bank entrance and is open daily from 9.30am - 10pm.

Our Customer Service Counter is conveniently located on level one where the friendly staff can assist you with store directions, gift certificates, SISTIC ticket bookings, phonecards/stamps, cash card top up, gift wrapping and other services.. |

You can purchase your public phonecards, stamps and Cash Card top ups at Parkway Parade. Located at Customer Service Centre and Top up machine located at level four, as well as all ATMs. |

Gift Wrapping
Complimentary gift-wrapping available with a minimum purchase of $30 (single same day purchased receipt) from any Parkway Parade store. Maximum 3 gifts. Find this at the Customer Service Centre. |

| Kiddy Cab / Stroller / Pram Service
For just $3 per hour, you can hire either a kiddy cab, stroller or pram to enjoy a more pleasant shopping experience at PP. For Kiddy Cab, parents can place their shopping bags in the storage basket. Each cab is fitted with a seat belt and a flat solid base
for optimum safety. A steering wheel, horn and ignition keys
encourage interaction and allow kids to be "in control" of driving.
Kids can now choose from the various design - Police Cab, Fire
Engineer Cab, Princess Cab and the old time favourite Kiddy Cab.
Your kids will definitely enjoy the ride. |

Wheelchair Service
To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Parkway Parade offers customers complimentary wheelchair hire for the elderly or disabled. Just approach the Customer Service Centre,
no booking is required. |

Women, Men and Disabled washrooms are located at the basement, level one, two and three.

Parents Room
Nursing rooms are available on basement, level one, two and
three.
Basement: Two nursing rooms located near Hello! Singtel and Gramophone.
Level one: Located near Topshop/Topman and Dorothy Perkins
(new fashion precinct)
Level two: Within the ladies washroom, near Jean Yip Hub
Level three: Within the ladies washroom, near Robert Piano |

ATM & AXS Machines
The ATMs are conveniently located on level one and three. They
are located outside DBS, UOB and near Customer Service
Centre on level one. On level three, they are located opposite
Giant main entrance and next to Sefflix.
The AXS Machines are located at the level one entrance (near
UOB) for payment of bills, fines and purchase of movie tickets. |
