Concierge

An all new experience at our new Concierge desk

Our Concierge desk is upgraded with new features that will bring more convenience to you! There will be no more waiting in line, simply obtain a queue number and shop around the mall while waiting for your turn. You may opt to be notified via SMS when your turn is near. 

Our Concierge desk is open daily from 10am – 10pm. Whatever your needs, our professional, friendly and helpful Concierge will be delighted to assist you. Feel free to contact us at 6344 1242.

Concierge

Our Concierge is conveniently located on level one where the friendly staff can assist you with store directions, gift wrapping and other services. You can also purchase gift certificates from the counter.

ATMs and AXS Machine

The ATMs are conveniently located on level one and three. They are located outside DBS, UOB and near Customer Service Centre on level one. On level three, they are located opposite Giant’s main entrance and next to Selffix.

The AXS Machine is located at the level three entrance (next to Selffix).

Handicapped Washrooms

Women, Men and Disabled washrooms are located at the basement, level one, two and three.

Kiddy Cab | Stroller | Pram Service

For just $3 per hour, you can hire either a kiddy cab, stroller or pram to enjoy a more pleasant shopping experience. For Kiddy Cab, parents can place their shopping bags in the storage basket. Each cab is fitted with a seat belt and a flat solid base for optimum safety. A steering wheel, horn and ignition keys encourage interaction and allow kids to be "in control" of driving. Your kids will definitely enjoy the ride.

Parents Room

Nursing rooms are available on basement, level one, two and three.
Basement: Two nursing rooms located near Hello! Singtel and MPH Bookstore.
Level one: Located near Marks & Spencer
Level two: Within the ladies washroom, near Jean Yip Hub
Level three: Within the ladies washroom, near Robert Piano

SISTIC

Parkway Parade is happy to provide this booking service to our customers on behalf of SISTIC. Grab your concert or event tickets here. Payment by cash, NETS or major credit cards, available for SISTIC Ticketing service only.

Wheelchair Service

To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Parkway Parade offers customers complimentary wheelchair hire for the elderly or disabled. Just approach our Concierge, no booking is required.

Gift Wrapping

Complimentary gift-wrapping available with a minimum purchase of $30 (single same day purchased receipt) from any Parkway Parade store. Maximum 3 gifts. This service is available at our Concierge.
