Originating in Kyoto, Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu (#01-11) is Japan’s largest and most popular beef cutlet chain. Gyukatsu, a beefy twist on the classic tonkatsu (deep-fried pork cutlet), features thick and lean-cut slabs of marbled beef with an exterior coating of crispy golden batter. 

Choose from a variety of juicy beef cuts like sirloin, tenderloin, chuck flap and tongue.
